    Owner: Russell Smith

    Russ has been in the meat processing business
    since 1988. He started out at Straus's
    Packing Inc which turned into Double
    R Meats Inc until he purchased the company in
    2005 and named it Smith and Sons. Russ
    and his wife Carrie have two boys Tristan and
    Chase who will one day take over the family
    business.
