Custom processing means your animal is custom cut and packaged to meet your specifications. All animals are farm raised and brought to us locally. If you would like to know of any farmers in the area who raise beef, hogs, lambs, etc. please feel free to contact us. When processing, we vacuum package and freeze your meat to preserve it and to keep fresh year round.
